How to Create a Double Tier Panorama
David JohnstonDescription
When you are photographing panoramas in the field, you have to include the horizon line through both panoramas, top and bottom. You need to set your camera to Leveling Display, which is crucial in merging images. For each panorama image, be sure to take several exposures. In Lightroom, using the Photo Merge and Panorama prompts, you merge your top tier panorama with your bottom tier panorama. You can click Auto Crop and Fill Edges for the finishing touch.
The rest of the process involves retouching in Lightroom’s Develop module and may include exposure, contrast, color, highlights and saturation.
